For all SPP Students:

• I agree that I/my child may be photographed and/or videotaped for archival records for The School of Contemporary Dancers.

• I agree that I/my child may be photographed and/or filmed for publicity purposes for SCD brochures, posters and the SCD website including in the future.

  
  

• I agree I/my child's name may be listed in performance programs.

  
  

• I understand that I must obtain the permission of the Co-Directors before undertaking any external dance studies or dance projects during the Professional Program season.

  
  

• I understand that I must obtain the permission of the Co-Directors before undertaking any outside schedule which impacts on the regular operating hours of The Program.

  
  

• I understand that the deposit paid to secure my placement in the Professional Program is non-refundable
